Mail Center Mailing Services
Supplies:
Stamps, #10 and#6 letter envelopes are sold at the shipping window. We also have a variety of letter packs and boxes that are offered for free from UPS, FedEx, or USPS when you are utilizing their service.
Padded mailers, larger clasp envelopes, and large shipping boxes can be purchased from the Westmont College Bookstore.
Back Door Package Pickup
Special Operating Hours:
FALL SEMESTER: The back door will be open for package pickup the SATURDAY of move-in weekend from Noon-3:00pm.
SPRING SEMESTER: The back door will be open for package pickup the SUNDAY of move-in weekend from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
The first two weeks of each semester we offer early package retrieval at 9:00am.
Regular Operating Hours:
The Westmont Mail Center is open M-F from 10:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. and is closed for Chapel from 10:30-11:30 on M/W/F during the academic year.
Summer hours are M-F from 10:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m.
Shipping Services/Front Counter
Special Operating Hours:
The shipping counter opens at 11:30pm the first three weeks of each semester. This offers us additional time to receive and accurately assign the hundreds of additional packages that arrive each day.

We offer domestic and some international FedEx services via FedEx Ground and FedEx Express including Priority Overnight (10:30 am) and Standard Overnight (3 pm Commercial / 6pm Residential), 2-Day, and 3-Day services.For additional service information, package tracking, or later drop locations, please log onto FedEx or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX. NOTE: The RECIPIENT'S phone number is required for all FedEx Express, Ground, and Home services. We cannot process the transaction without it.
We offer UPS domestic and limited international services including guaranteed and trackable 3-day, 2-day, and overnight services. For additional service information or package tracking please log onto the UPS website. NOTE: The RECIPIENT'S phone number is required for all UPS expedited (but not Ground) services. We cannot process the transaction without it.
We offer most USPS domestic and limited international services including media mail, first class and Priority Mail.For additional information on USPS services or to track Express Mail log on to the USPS website or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. NOTE: We are unable to offer USPS Express Priority one-day shipping from the Mail Center. If you wish to send your letter or parcel via Priority Express, please take it to your local USPS facility. All metered mail submitted by 2:00 pm is guaranteed to go out that day. Metered mail submitted after 2:00 pm will not be given priority status until the rest of our daily work is complete.
